Most landowners come to us with the same question: is there real money in this, or is it a pitch?
That's a fair question. The answer depends on your land, your timber, and what you want to do with both — so that's where we start, rather than with a carbon project we're trying to sell you. We apply forestry and land use management to the carbon market, not the other way around.

Carbon Projection
What your land could generate, estimated from existing data and benchmarked against comparable live projects. Includes a plain read on where a project like yours fits in the market. For landowners deciding whether this is worth looking into further.
Due Diligence Carbon Forecast
For a purchase decision, or once you're serious. A forest inventory and ACR-required modeling produce a detailed carbon and income forecast, alongside a forest management plan built around the land uses you actually want. Includes inventory, project schedule and market overview.
Track record
We've advised more than a dozen landowners, analyzing over thirty thousand acres.
We are developing ACR Project #1238, an improved forest management project on fifth-generation family forestland in the American South. It was listed with the American Carbon Registry in 2026 under a methodology carrying the ICVCM Core Carbon Principles label, and is in development now.
What to expect
Carbon projects take time. Listing to validation runs a couple of years. Crediting periods are usually twenty years or more, and the commitments on how you manage your timber are real and binding. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
What we can tell you early, and without much cost to you, is whether it's worth your time at all. Plenty of the time the honest answer is no. We'd rather say so at the start than a couple years in.
Project Development
Full development, from conception through credit issuance. We handle data collection, modeling, documentation, and the registry, verifier and counterparty engagement. You end up with a long-term income stream from land you keep working.
